For us its all about support – period! We are not focused on selling boxes of tech gear. We are focused on delivering a great home experience for you and your family.

In order to deliver that experience we have learned that it’s all about support and not about tech. If you and your family can’t use the systems that have been installed, then its frustrating and not the best experience. We know that today’s technology can be fun and great to use but that it also needs regular maintenance and support.

Creating a smart home with out providing support – well that’s not smart. Our team has created support plans that we roll out with your new system. You will know how to get support for your system – starting on Day 1. That’s Smart and SmartTouch has some of the best support plans in the area.

While other companies may offer limited support and limited warranties, SmartTouchUSA offers the best end to end warranty in the business. With very few exceptions we offer a complete one year warranty on both your equipment and the labor to back up these product warranties. Our Crestron systems have real lifetime warranties for the electronic shades and the lighting control systems. Our other partners have warranties that can extend past a year as well and we make sure that you can take full advantage of these longer warranties. After one year, the labor to support these product warranties expires but our support plans make sure that you can get discounts on support based on your plan.
