The scale of technology in the home has grown to a level where planning and collaboration are critical to a great outcome and a happy homeowner. We can’t design quality technology systems the way we have been for the past 20 years because, in most cases, it’s become a sales process, not a design process. We believe the most successful projects with A/V, Lighting, Shades, and more starts with education and design first, allowing for a budgeting phase to occur while the whole project is in the planning stages.

We aim to improve the confusing, antiquated bidding process by excelling at early design services. Our “Design First” work product results in a client and team who know exactly what is desired, and bidding specifications and instructions that leave little-to-no interpretation – yielding the only true method for getting apples-to-apples proposals.

It’s just that so often, in the middle of a job, we come upon a situation where a service we confidently provide (and the client wants) wasn’t built into the plan ahead of time. Or, worse, a sub-par solution was sold to the client or awarded to another firm based on price alone. A firm that didn’t take any time to get to know the client at all.
